We definitely felt lucky to stay here, especially considering we booked only a week in advance during the high season. I have been in this hotel 4 days now and i have 3 more days to relax. Its very beautiful here and I am glad I chose this place. They have a nice a relaxing atmosphere and a big pool. I stayed in this hotel last week for 10 days and I had a great holiday. It is run by a lovely family who try to make your holiday an unforgettable one ( they succeded it, for us :) ).The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is rich. It is very near to the beach and to the shops and the restaurants. Because of the relaxing atmoshphere and the friendliness of the staff, we really enjoyed this trip. I would recommend this hotel to all the couples and the families. Hotel Matina is not right on the beach, but only 5 minutes away, and the way is full of restaurant and shops, included a supermarket where you can buy water and other things you could need.The location is very quiet, and there is no noise at all.The staff is nice and helpful, over all the owner’s family. Again lovely lounge area and breakfast terrace. Clean, bright and comfortable. The pool side had comfortable loungers and shade if required. The pool side bar was handy and served your basic toasties and salads which were great.The family that own the hotel couldn't have been nicer. It has a lovely family feel to the place and even the bar and breakfast staff. This hotel is amazing. Like everyone else has said, it's clean, quiet, great breakfast, close to the beach and nice pool, but the real prize are the women who work at the front desk. They are the nicest people on the planet. They will bend over backwards if it would make your stay better, and they were so friendly and hospitable to my boyfriend and me that it made our stay so much better. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. I really enjoyed staying in Hotel Matina. Nice and quiet hotel, friendly staff and guests. Everything was well organised. I asked for a room not on the street side and it was arranged. They pick you up at the airport and deliver you when you leave.
